Baltimore has its very own kids’ playmat, and we’re going to celebrate! Join us at Summer Fridays at The Shops at Kenilworth, where we’ll gather in the mall’s atrium (by the fountain!) for a Baltimore-themed storyimte with author Nancy Patz. Nancy Patz will read from her adorable picture books, each of which contains a glimpse of Baltimore life. See if you can spot them! Then, chat with the Baltimore-based creator of Matropolis™ Baltimore, Julien Polillo, about the new playmats– each of which is full of Baltimore landmarks like Camden Yards, the Aquarium, Patterson Park, and more. Mats will be available for purchase at the event.
